Via David Chess, I

Via David Chess, I found out
that William Gibson
has a blog.

David’s webpage has lots of goodies for those of
you who like spending Saturday afternoons rummaging around websites. It
includes his senior thesis on discrimination and perceptual knowledge, a
diagonalisation argument to show that no perfect virus detector exists, and
more worryingly that some undetectable viruses exist, and a program to generate
random DOOM levels. I’d include links but you’re probably better off rummaging
– that way you’ll find more goodies than just the ones I send you to.

David also left a quite good comment beside
the breaking fingers post, solving at least one of the puzzles I posed
there.
