I just updated the blogroll with a bunch of academic type links. The only page added that has not previously been mentioned is Lawrence Solum’s excellent Legal Theory Blog. Lawrence has lots of links to papers on his main page – I don’t know how anyone can do as much work as he does to get so much material – as well as several interesting original posts. (At first glance it looked like the blog was nothing but links, but that was because there were so many links to interesting things that the still frequent original posts were hidden.) Right now there are posts on Rawls and Wittgenstein on his front page, the Rawls posting being part of a running debate over several blogs about, inter alia, Cohen’s objections to the difference principle. So it’s well worth drifting over there to check it out.
